Via Talk Residential VoIP Products/Services

The VT-Unlimited plan includes unlimited minutes, voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, and free equipment.  It’s available on a monthly basis, but if you choose to pre-pay on an annual basis then Via Talk will throw in another free year.  This same unlimited plan can be purchased using your own telephone/Internet equipment – VT-BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), however even when paying in advance it doesn’t include an extra year for free.

In addition to all of these fine features included in every Via Talk package they offer a few optional features that could be very helpful and useful.  Via Talk customers can choose to add an additional secondary number (Virtual Phone Number) that allows friends and family around the world call as if it is a local number, and therefore do not acquire huge international phone bills.  Customers may also get their own toll free service for as little as $0.05 cents a minute.  Via Talk customers can finally get rid of their old fax line and replace it with a broadband fax line.  For just a small monthly increase (about $9) clients can upgrade to the Via Talk World program, which allows them to stop worrying about per minute International rates.  The Via Talk World program has 1200 free minutes of landline talk time to more than 60 other countries.

Via Talk Business VoIP Products/Services 

Via Talk offers two business VoIP solutions  – VT Business_1500 andVT_Business Unlimited.  The only difference in these two plans is the amount of minutes a business is allotted per month, the VTBusiness_1500 includes 1500 minutes while the VT_Business Unlimited obviously includes an unlimited amount of minutes.  Price wise there is less than a $10 difference between the two plans.  Both Via Talk Business plans include the long list of features offered in the residential VoIP plans, as well as voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, a fax line, and the equipment.  The VT Business plans are also available with the BYOD (bring your own device) option for the more tech savvy businesses wishing to use their own hardware and save some money.  BYOD users also enjoy free shipping, free activation, and priority setup.  In order to take advantage of the Via Talk Business plans you must have a broadband ethernet Internet access (cable modem or DSL) and a valid U.S. mailing address.
